一、求职面试前的准备

求职面试是求职者与用人单位相互了解的过程,求职者要成功地推销自己,就需要做好充分的准备,根据所求职位对人才的要求有针对性地展示自己的知识、能力、性格和特长,以便使自己成为面试方所满意的人。

(一)了解用人单位

孙子兵法云:“知己知彼,百战不殆。“求职面试,首先要了解用人单位。

一、简明扼要,突出重点

要使面试官在短短几分钟之内了解你、欣赏你,求职应答就要简明扼要突出重点,需注意以下几个问题:

(一)避免重复啰嗦

(三)回答问题应开门见山

二、真诚朴实

用人单位很看重求职者是否具有诚实的品质。在面试中,如果主考人员问到超越自己知识水平的问题,不要不懂装懂,最好坦然承认。

三、扬长避短

“人无完人,金无足赤”,人人都有短处,如果对方有意揭短,或遇到自己根本不懂的问题,就应勇敢地承认。如果对方没有发现你的短处,就应扬长避短。

四、谦恭有度

面试交谈时应不忘谈到对方,或者是站在对的立场上来谈自己,既要让主考官觉得你是为了对方的利益而来求职,又要适时提出自己的愿望和要求。

(二)你参加过什么社会实践活动

该题欲了解你对工作的胜任能力,最好具体说明工作的内容,在此职位上扮演的角色和做出的成果。

(三)你有哪些主要的优点

该题测试求职者能否客观分析自己,并了解其表达与组织能力,应视具体情况把自己的优点告诉面试官。

(四)你有哪些主要的缺点

回答该问题时的态度比回答的内容更重要,可以讲一两个不太严重的缺点,并重点分析今后如何克服这些缺点。

二、解除困境语言技巧

单位不仅要求应聘者具有基本业务能力和一般素质,还要求能从容自如地面对各种困难,积极妥善地解决比较棘手的问题。面对这类问题,最重要的是要透过现象看本质,弄清出题者的本意,才能比较圆满地回答问题。
